Come for the challenge.
Stay for the people.
At Paynovate, you’ll work on problems that are rarely one-dimensional. Some are technical. Some are operational. Others sit between product, compliance, support and customer needs. That is what makes the work interesting.
We are looking for people who ask good questions, take ownership and care about getting things right. You will have space to learn, contribute and see the impact of your work up close.
And while the work matters, so does the environment around it. You will be part of a team that shares context, supports each other and wants people to grow, not just perform.
Do your best work, with the right support.
We’ve built a team and environment that gives you the space to take ownership, learn as you go and feel supported in the day-to-day, so you can focus on doing work that actually matters.
Room to take ownership
We care about creating the kind of environment where people can take ownership, grow quickly and feel supported in the everyday details, from how they work to how they develop.
Flexible working setup
Hybrid working with up to 3 days from home, flexible hours and an office designed for focused collaboration.
Work that matters
You’ll work on real payment systems used by real businesses, in a fast-moving fintech environment where your contribution is visible.
Short decision loops
You are close to the people making decisions, which means less waiting, more context and more room to make an impact.
Experienced people around you
Work alongside fintech professionals who know the industry, challenge your thinking and help you grow.
An international team
Be part of a team working across borders, with regular team moments, offsites and opportunities to connect beyond the day-to-day.
Room to learn
Access training, take on real responsibility and build your skills through work that stretches you.
Competitive package
Competitive salary aligned with internal policy, mobility budget, meal vouchers, health insurance, pension plan, internet allowance and home office support.
Central Brussels location
Our Brussels office is right across from Central Station, with secure bike parking, lockers and showers available.

What does the recruitment process look like?
Our recruitment process is designed to help both sides get to know each other properly. Depending on the role, you may be invited to take part in a few steps, from initial conversations with our team to role-related assessments, such as cognitive tests or business case exercises. You will also have the opportunity to meet different team members, from future colleagues to senior leadership. We try to keep the process clear, transparent and human, with a focus on meaningful conversations rather than unnecessary steps.
What kind of people thrive at Paynovate?
People who are curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership tend to do well here. Payments experience is helpful, but we also value good judgement, a positive mindset and the willingness to keep learning.
Can I apply for more than one role?
