Business models have evolved. Payment infrastructure hasn’t kept up.
Companies are entering new markets, serving customers in new ways and building revenue models that do not fit neatly into traditional payment setups.
But too often, the systems behind the money are still rigid, fragmented or too slow to adapt.
Paynovate exists to close that gap. We bring together regulated infrastructure, licences, scheme connectivity and operational expertise to help businesses move, accept and manage money with the flexibility their model demands.

The best businesses should not have to fit someone else’s payment model.
A business may need acquiring, issuing, accounts or a combination of all three. It may need to operate across markets, manage different flows or support a more complex customer journey. That should not mean stitching together providers, adding unnecessary layers or slowing down the business.
Paynovate gives companies a regulated payment environment that can be shaped around how they actually operate.and accounts into one regulated environment, giving businesses the foundation to move faster, operate with control and build without forcing their model into someone else’s box.

Purpose-designed to support complex payments, at scale.
Fully regulated
We hold our own EMI licence and are a principal member of major schemes, so businesses can build on regulated infrastructure without unnecessary layers.
Everything under one roof
Acquiring, issuing and accounts sit in one environment, reducing fragmentation and making it easier to move from setup to execution.
